About Brian
Brian McColm is a retired tech sales leader who spent years helping businesses navigate complex technology. He found his calling in the community when he started volunteering at Computer Pals Northern Beaches. There, he saw firsthand how difficult it could be for older Australians to feel confident with their devices.
He started Calm Tech because he believed that in-home tech support should be patient, plain-English, and easy. Brian comes to you, takes the time you need, and makes sure you feel in control. His goal is simple: to help you sort it out over a cuppa, one step at a time.
